Questions, answered honestly
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments) or email us. There are no further charges after you cancel, and your marketer keeps working until the end of the 30-day period you’ve already paid for.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel before your resume call takes place, we refund your first payment in full. Once your resume expert has started work, the current month isn’t refundable — but the volume guarantee still applies. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Is this AI?
No. A human resume expert writes your resume after a detailed conversation with you, and a human job marketer submits your applications. We use ordinary software to track applications in your shared log, but no AI writes your resume and no bot applies in your name.
Do you guarantee interviews?
No — and be careful with anyone who does. Hiring decisions belong to employers. What we guarantee is the work: 1,000–1,500 relevant applications in your 30-day cycle. If we submit fewer than 1,000, we keep applying free until we reach it. More well-targeted applications means more chances at assessments and interviews.
I’m on OPT, STEM OPT or H-1B. Can you help?
Yes. We work with OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, green card holders and US citizens. You tell us your work authorization during intake, and we target roles accordingly — for example, skipping postings that state they cannot sponsor when sponsorship matters to you. We’re a job marketing service, not immigration advisers, so for visa questions please speak to a qualified attorney.
What counts as a “relevant” application?
An application submitted to a role that matches one of the target job titles and one of the target locations (or remote) you approved in your intake form. Applications outside what you approved don’t count toward the guarantee. Every application appears in your shared log so you can check.
How does the success fee work?
It’s a one-time $1,000, and only if you accept a written job offer from an employer we applied to on your behalf — while your subscription is active or within 90 days after it ends. We invoice you on your start date, payable within 15 days. No offer from our applications, no fee. It’s charged once per customer and is never taken from your PayPal subscription automatically.
